Eden’s Cup was inspired by Connor’s recent trip to Peru. While on his travels, he got deeply into pisco liquor and the cocktails that can be made with it. Upon returning to San Diego, he wanted to create a seasonal cocktail that played homage to his time in Peru. Eden’s Cup is highlighted by the figs, one of our favorite locally grown fruits and the amaretto. Enjoy this cocktail at CUCINA urbana while you can.
