Venue Spotlight: San Diego Natural History Museum
Urban Kitchen Catering is proud to announce our newest venue partnership with the iconic Natural History Museum in Balboa Park. This unique venue can host an intimate rooftop reception for 50 guests to a full-scale multi-level experience for up to 1,800 people, set inside the wonder of The Nat’s collections and exhibitions of the natural world.
With multiple event spaces within the museum, this is a particularly exciting venue for Urban Kitchen Catering and allows us to provide our full scope of catering and event management expertise. From weddings to corporate events, galas, meetings and more, anything is possible at the Natural History Museum.

Charmaine and Maurice Kaplan Theater
a comfortable, multipurpose venue for lectures, panel discussions, symposiums, wedding ceremonies, concerts, and films. With a 3D large-format screen and Dolby Digital sound, the theater has multimedia capabilities and state-of-the-art acoustics and technology.
