\ninspired culinary options in San Diego. The full-service restaurant draws on Urban Kitchen Group principal Tracy
\nBorkum\u2019s ancestral roots while recontextualizing staples of Ashkenazi\u00a0and\u00a0Sephardic-style\u00a0cooking.\u00a0On Wednesday,
\nJune 28th, Gold Finch will host its inaugural Fet\u00ea & Feast Chef Collaboration Dinner.
\nA portion of proceeds will directly benefit Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the world\u2019s leading
\nanti-hate organization founded in 1913, which continues to fight all forms of antisemitism and bias, using innovation
\nand partnerships to drive impact.<\/p>\n
This one-night only, dining event will raise awareness and critical funds for the Anti-Defamation League,
\nan international organization that fights all forms of antisemitism and bias. In 2022, the U.S. witnessed an
\nunprecedented surge in antisemitic incidents as a total of 3,697 assaults, harassment and vandalism were reported,
\nmarking a staggering 36 percent increase compared to the previous year. This alarming trend highlights the urgent
\nneed for greater awareness and action to combat hatred and prejudice towards the Jewish community.<\/p>\n
