July Culinary Journey – Middle East

Each month journey through a new culinary region with Chef Jeff Armstrong and experience #ARTIFACT at night. Join us July 7- 29th  explore the rich and aromatic cuisine of the Middle East along with ARTIFACT's summer dinner menu.

's  owner and winemaker Josh Phelps along with CUCINA enoteca 's Regional Chef de Cuisine Cesar Sarimento, Sommelier Luke Wilmoth, and Beverage Director Kara LoVecchio for a seasonal welcome to spring.  Set on CUCINA enoteca Irvine's open air patio at Irvine Spectrum, each vintner dinner begins with a reception, followed by a three - course family style pairing dinner. Dinner Menu Coming Soon ABOUT JOSH PHELPS: Josh's roots run deep, raised in a winemaking family, he was exposed to the industry from a young age. He continued to build his knowledge of the business through college, selling wine, working harvests, and creating wine for friends with his father, Chris Phelps. With GWCo., Josh hopes to build on this legacy and make his own splash in the wine world while exposing wine drinkers of his own generation to his hometown in wine country. Working with trusted farmers and childhood friends, his company reflects his deep understanding of wine, one that can only be developed growing up around the vines.
